Please read our Returns Policy

Once you have received your item, you have 14 days to contact us if you wish to return the item for an exchange or a refund. All items must be returned in an unworn condition, which means:

  • All tags are still attached.
  • Tags have not been removed and re-attached.
  • The item is free from any smells including cigarette smoke, cooking smells, pet smells, perfumes or aftershaves.
  • The item is in the same condition as when it was sold.

If the item is not returned in this condition, then the refund will be rejected and you will be billed for any extra costs incurred.

In the rare event that you are returning an item due to an error in the listing, or that you were sent an incorrect item, then a full refund will be issued, provided that it is returned in an unworn condition.

If the item is being returned due to it being purchased in error, i.e. the item doesn’t fit, then the item can be exchanged for a different size otherwise a refund of the original purchase price (without shipping costs) will be issued.

If an item is being returned, then it must be sent via a secure postage method that includes tracking and insurance. We will not be held responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in the post when an item is being returned.

For buyers outside of the EU, a customs form must be correctly completed when returning an item. Items being returned to us shouldn’t incur import charges, and any items that are returned and have incorrectly incurred charges will be rejected and returned to the buyer. If you are unsure of how a customs form should be completed for a return, please contact us for assistance on this.

The buyer must cover any return postage costs.

Original postage costs are non-refundable.

When returning an item, please email us BEFORE sending it via the Contact Us form, explaining the reason for the return, and wait for us to get back to you with a response.

Please make sure the item is securely wrapped and include a note in the package explaining the reason for the return.

The 14 days “cooling-off” period starts from the day that the package was received and signed for.
